‘The Beat Goes On’ tomorrow at 10am
Just as a reminder, tomorrow, Apple is holding a special event at the Moscone West Convention Center in San Francisco at 10am Pacific. It is rumored that a new iPod 6G (iPod touch) will be introduced alongside a new iPod nano with 12GB and 16GB capacities both running a slimmed down version of OS X.

Apple Special Event on September 5

It has been confirmed, Apple is holding a special media event on September 5th, dubbed “The beat goes on.” at the Moscone West Convention Center in San Francisco at 10am.
It is rumored that new iPod nano’s will be announced and a new 6th-generation video iPod. No word on if the event’s slogan suggests that the full Beatles’ catalog will be available on iTunes at this event. MacRumors is reporting that the Cover Flow interface on the invitation may suggest it could be added to the newly announced models.
WWDC07: Safari for Windows users too.

Today at WWDC07 in San Francisco at the Moscone West convention center, Steve Jobs unveiled Apple’s 3rd application to hit the Windows market - Safari. Apple claims it is 1.6x faster than Firefox 2.0 on Windows and up to 2x faster than Internet Explorer 7. In addition, Safari 3 Public Beta is also available for Mac OS X and adds a ton of new features including movable tabs, inline find, and a whole lot more.
